Course Change Request

Only staff and students can access this form once it opens using their DDSB accounts. 

The Course Change Request Google Form will also be available through the Grade 9, 10, 11 and 12 Guidance Google Classrooms on Thursday, 30 January 2025.  The final day to submit a request to change a course will be Monday, 3 February 2025.
